We are offering a 2014 Okuma V100R vertical turning lathe with only 103 cutting hours! This machine is equipped with an SMW Autoblok Chuck, Fanuc 31iB controller, chip conveyor, MP Systems mist collector, and 1000psi high pressure pump. It will also come with the custom built mezzanine.
The V100R is a high-precision, heavy-duty CNC machine ideally suited for large, odd-shaped or thin-walled workpieces. Built with Okuma’s signature rigidity, this V100R features a box-type base and column, which deliver exceptional structural stability. The headstock is designed with a flange construction to reduce thermal deformation and vibration, enabling sustained accuracy even during heavy cuts.
The base allows smooth chip flow, and a chip conveyor is included (optional mounting for side or rear). Operated via an ergonomic layout: front-skirt panel for close work plus a swiveling pendant for operator comfort.
